Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices 15 Year Legend Award Winner

Hi - I'd like to introduce you to one of the hardest working teams in Real Estate – the Bonebrake Team! I’ve been selling real estate in the Willamette Valley and Santiam Canyon for over 30 years. Drew Johnson & I specialize in working with sellers on residential homes, acreage, new construction and farm & ranch property. My Buyer's Agents, Leslie Stewart and Mary Gries, work exclusively with buyers and are specialists in both first-time homebuyers as well as more savvy experienced buyers!

In today's changing real estate market, experience and timing are everything. Recipients of the Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award & “Legend Top 100” Award for Real Estate Professionals, the Bonebrake Team has ranked in the top 1% of Berkshire Hathaway real estate professionals nationally for the past 15 years. We love what we do, we love where we do it and we would love to show you around.

Real Estate transactions are incredibly complex these days. We help you navigate the trail of paperwork, negotiations, and details right into (or out of) a home of your own. We understand that our success comes from one transaction at a time – yours!

Brenda started her Real Estate career in 1987.  Armed with a passion for helping people, she quickly rose to the top of her industry by exceeding her client’s needs and expectations with a knowledgeable win-win demeanor while building a business and a star-studded team.  Brenda's husband Dave is a full-time farmer and retired Ag Teacher/FFA Advisor from Scio High School.  Her daughter Cassi & husband Drew moved back to the area from Idaho so Brenda can now teach her grand-kiddos Haddie and Piper new tricks!  Working in Seattle & the Tri-Cities for Farm Credit Services, daughter Bonnie has now been transferred back to Salem & is close to home again!

Brenda champions property rights as a member of the MVAR Governmental Affairs committee; a group committed to advocating for homeowners and making sure our State Legislators understand property rights issues.  Renovation is Brenda's middle name as she ALWAYS has a project going in the yard, or on her Fox Valley farm-house.  She and Dave are big supporters of the FFA and are members of the Scio FFA Alumni Group. Cattle, hay, dogs & grandkids keep the Bonebrakes out of trouble (mostly)!
